Restricted Party Screening Data Query Stuck in “Waiting” State

Summary

We’re currently trying to troubleshoot a long-running Restricted Party Screening data query in Oracle GTM and could use some guidance from the community.

We noticed that one specific data query has been running for a long time and appears to be stuck:

1. In Long Running Tasks, the query shows as Running.
2. In Open Processes, the same query shows as Waiting.
3. All system threads look clear, and there is no visible backlog.
4. Other data queries and Bulk Plans are running without any issues.
5. Event queues also appear normal.

Because everything else is processing correctly, it feels like this one query is waiting on something internal rather than being blocked by system load. We’ve kept the process running so we can try to understand the root cause instead of just terminating it.
