Is there a way to disable "Add Tags" Action from Job Requisitions using VBCS

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to hide the 'Add Tags' action from the List of Values (LOV) on the Job Requisitions page, specifically for users with the Hiring Manager role.

Navigation Path: My Team > Hiring > Requisitions > [Select Active Candidate] > Actions > Add Tags.

Could you please confirm if this modification is possible via Visual Builder Studio (VBS). If so, please let us know the process.
