Does a career ambassador have to master a skill, or only attain it?
Summary:
My client will not be enabling "move to attained only after they're validated", allowing for employees to fully self-identify if they have a skill with their calibrated proficiency.
My understanding of the intention of the career ambassador functionality is that, when someone elects to be a career ambassador, they are someone who will be a resource to employees who are trying to become proficient in that skill as a person who has mastered that skill.
The behavior I am observing in the Oracle demo pods with the mentioned validation setting turned off is that the career ambassador resources appearing for a skill include anyone who has elected themselves as a career ambassador on their profile and has an
