How To Add Position and Job Details as DCL in Oracle Fusion HR help Desk
Summary:
In Oracle Fusion HCM, within the Client Groups → Hiring module, the Create Requisition page provides out-of-the-box DCL fields for Job and Position.
However, as per our business requirement, we are creating job requisitions through the HR Help Desk module instead of the Hiring module.
We would like to understand how to enable or configure the same OOTB DCL behavior for Job and Position fields within the HR Help Desk requisition flow, similar to what is available in the Hiring module.
