Audit trail for Restricted Party

Summary:

I have the Audit trail activated for the RPLS, but not able to map the reason comment or reason code to it, can anyone suggest the process.

The moment we give the Audit Trail and Date the lines are populating with the action but on an higher level.

The expectation is to see whether we can have the exact status changes to be also captured.

Looking this out for a requirement. TIA.
