How to create Interorganization Transfer via API

Summary:

Hi,

We will be building an APEX page that once transaction is approved it will trigger an integration that should create an Interorg transfer.

We found the API — /fscmRestApi/resources/latest/inventoryStagedTransactions — however, I am getting an error that "You must select a valid organization." — where organization is valid and copied from the previous inventory transactions that were created manually.

Could you please point me to the correct API and maybe the sample working payload to create the interorg transfer transaction.
