The estimated time to hire feature doesn't provide results

Summary:

We enabled the time to hire feature very recently, but for some reason it mentions the following sentence: "We couldn't provide an estimate with these attributes."

We have historic data in our test environments (more than 2 years) and should provide results since they were already a lot of hires/filled job requisitions.
