Intercompany Transaction batch Approval in error for Initiating entity

Summary:

We have configured the basic supervisor hierarchy approval rule in BPM for "FinFunTransactionApproval" , however the system is throwing an error and not allowing to submit the batch.

Intercompany transaction type is configured with Approval Enabled and Invoicing enabled.

We are trying to do a POC and this is hindering us to proceed forward.
