HCM Extract Changes Only action rehire output include termination record

HCM Extract for Syncing to Active Directory should only pull the latest changes from an Employee Record, but for some(not All) employees when the Employee is rehired the Extract is pulling the Rehire Record and previous Termination record. The issue is inconsistent but occurring frequently. It is causing a lot of manual effort to maintain Active Directory employee records. Example of Extract Definition
