Looking for report that shows state from tax jurisdictions card

Summary:

We have run our first payrolls with USOPTE and are running into a case with tax jurisdiction cards having the wrong state in a particular circumstance. We want to be able to run a report before payroll opens with all our employee's Tax Jurisdictions calc card data. I can't find the field in OTBI in Payroll-Calculation Cards Real Time that has the State data.
