Invoke 'OCI Gen AI Agent RAG Service' in OIC throwing error

Hello,

I'm trying to invoke the OCI Gen AI Agent RAG Service from OIC and getting "Flow Execution Error: Workflow: compartmentIdFlow, State: startState, Action: null" error. Any idea what could be missing? Screenshot attached.
