Why do I have to re run ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS

Summary:

Why do I have to re run ESS job 'ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS' randomly in Production?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Wondering why we have to re run the ESS jobs when we notice missing PO Lines in Redwood Expected Shipment Lines page? I have found that running the job with parameter fa-scm-rcv-expected-po-receipts resolves the missing PO Lines from not displaying. Downside is these jobs stress the system and are long running.

  1. fa-scm-rcv-expected-po-receipts
  2. fa-scm-rcv-expected-asn-receipts
  3. fa-scm-rcv-expected-to-receipts
  4. fa-scm-rcv-expected-rma-receipts
  5. fa-scm-rcv-transactions

ESS job Ingest Receiving Search Indexes is scheduled.

Note: PO Lines are present in Classic UI and are not present in Redwood UI.

Howdy, Stranger!
