Break-glass customer & use of AI in Oracle Cloud HCM

Summary:

We are currently evaluating /enabling AI Capabilities in Oracle Cloud HCM. We are in 26A.

Through Oracle documentation, we came to know that certain AI capabilities will not work for Break-glass customer. Example : Best Candidates in ORC

But there are also other conflicting documentation like the one attached where Oracle states this is no longer a limitation. Please let us know if any of you ran into similar situations. FYI - we have also tested this functionality in one of our Dev pods and it is not providing the result.
