Clarification on EPM Cloud IP Allowlist Migration and Impact of 26.02/26.03 Update Cancellation

In November 2025, Oracle announced that EPM Cloud customers should migrate from the per‑environment IP Allowlist to the Network Perimeter in Identity Cloud, with the change originally planned to take effect in the 26.02 update.

The latest readiness communication states that there will be no 26.02 or 26.03 updates, which has created uncertainty around the enforcement timeline for removing the setIPAllowList/getIPAllowList functionality and the corresponding REST APIs.

Our team has already completed the required configuration changes across multiple EPM environments assuming the February update would be released as scheduled.

Could Oracle please clarify:

  1. Is it safe to retain our new Network Perimeter configuration as‑is?
