Use Skills to automatically populate a Candidate Pool

Summary:

We are enabling Dynamic Skills, and would like to use a candidates Skills to populate Talent Pools. We can do this by searching for candidates with certain Skills and then adding them to the Pool, but we would like the pool to update automatically with any new candidates that add the required Skills.

At the moment, Skills isn't an option - does anyone know if this should be available, or if this is planned to be available? I have seen ideas relating to adding other criteria, but not Skills.
