We are facing an issue with Oracle Pay Policy Advisor AI Agent where the agent is not able to fetch or respond to queries based on the uploaded policy document.
When we ask any questions related to the content of the uploaded document, the agent does not return any information from the document.
Instead, for every question, the agent displays the following message:
“Sorry, the assistant is unavailable right now. If the issue persists, contact your help desk.”
This happens consistently for all queries related to the uploaded document.
