Eloqua/SF Integration Merged Record Oddity
Here's our scenario:
2 contacts in Eloqua:
mickey@mouse.com synced with SF contact ID 123456
mickeylovesminnie@mouse.com synced with SF contact ID 987654
2 contacts in salesforce:
mickey@mouse.com ID = 123456
mickeyloveminnie@mouse.com ID = 987654
we've determined that this is the same person with 2 different email addresses so we MERGE the 2 contacts in Salesforce with mickey@mouse.com as the merge "winner".
expectation: mickeylovesminnie@mouse.com contact in Eloqua will sync via our Get Deleted Contacts action in the integration and we flag is as deleted from SF and remove the SF ID.
