SSO Buttons Distorted on the Sign In form

About two weeks ago, the graphics/text on the SSO buttons on the EPM Sign In form began rendering distorted.

They work fine, you just can't read them. I thought I'd find this issue posted here already, but the fact is hasn't been tells me this might isolated to me, and not widespread?

Veteran users know which SSO button to use, but newbie users are confused since we have two authentication directories now.

This is what the form used to look like (this is before we added the second directory, so there's only the first button in this next screenshot which was pulled from some older Smart View documentation before we had two directories).
