We require to know based on what date in the Internal Material Transfers is the Cost Date determined

Summary:

We require to know based on what date in the Internal Material Transfers is the Cost Date determined or picked if the initial ship date during ship confirm is backdated. Since we need to back date transactions and cost them.

Example assume:

1- GRN is done on 5th Jan and is already costed for 5th Jan.

2 -Now there is a Internal Material Transfer which need to be raised for 10th Jan and also need to cost it. However the current calendar date and system date is 20th Jan when recording this transaction.

NOTE: After the 5th Jan no costing distributions are run.
