Redwood Create or Edit Negotiation AI Assist is Missing for Cover Page

When creating or editing a negotiation from the new Redwood page, the AI Assist is missing for the Cover Page, despite the AI Assist is enabled for the negotiation style attached to the negotiation template.

When creating a negotiation from the Classic UI using the same template and thus the same negotiation style, if later we edit it from Redwood, AI assist is instead enable also for the cover page:

Looking a little bit at the backend, I noticed that when creating the negotiation from Redwood the flag COVER_TEXT_GEN_AI_ENABLED_FLAG on table PON_AUCTION_HEADERS_ALL is set to N, while when creating it from Classic UI the flag is set to Y. If the flag is updated via REST API, then the AI Assist will appear also for the negotiation created in Redwood.
