Sales Order shipped for past due date (Actual Ship date prior to Order creation date/RDD)

Summary:

Customer order was created on 12th Dec 2025 via EDI 850, and the pick plan was sent to the 3PL through EDI 940. We subsequently received the shipment confirmation (EDI 945) in Oracle with a ship date of 24th Jan 2025. Oracle successfully accepted the shipment and updated the actual ship date to 24th Jan 2025 at the sales order line level. How to handle in Oracle to prevent past due ship date shipments ?
