Item EFF not deployed

in Product Management

Hi,
we have created some item EFF.
I notice that periodically they appear as not deployed even though no one has made any changes.
I have re-deployed them several times, but after a while they return to the "to deploy" status.
Why? I am sure that no user has made any changes.

What could be the cause?
