Getting Error Status at Generate Payslip During Payroll Run

I getting the "Completed with Alert" which has an error status when payroll run is at the Generate Payslip section.

I did noticed that error is due to using my cusomized Payslip Sub Templates in the payslip report in which the report rtf looks like this:

How, do I resolve the issue as it appears that I won't be able to make use of my customized payslip sub template.
