Redwood - Inspect Receipts - How to prevent bypassing inspection results

In the classic UI, we used Page Composer to make the "Inspection Quality" field mandatory. This prevented users from completing the inspection and moving the line to the "Put Away" stage without entering data.

In the Redwood "Inspect" process, we need to ensure the "Inspection Quality" field is populated before a user can complete the transaction.

We made the field mandatory via VB Studio, but this only works if the user opens the "Edit" drawer. Currently, a user can select a line and click SUBMIT directly from the summary screen without entering any results. This allows the line to move to "Put Away" with empty data, bypassing the quality control.
