HR Help Desk - AI assist generative content can't be created

Summary:

I am trying enable this feature: "Generate Resolution Notes when Resolving the Help Desk Request" (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/readiness/service/25b/shde-25b/25B-helpdesk-wn-f36593.htm).

But I am facing this error: AI assist generative content can't be created.

Please note I have enabled the profile options and assigned roles and privileges to the users but I have not yet added the Service Generative AI Promotion Code as an article stated that it is no longer required to be added in 25D.
