Redwood vs. Classic UI mismatch: “Physical Material Return Required” disabled

in Inventory Management

Hi Team,

We are implementing the Return to Vendor (RTV) process and need to enable the “Physical material return required” checkbox.

We observed that for the same purchase order, this checkbox is selectable in the Redwood UI, but it is grayed out (disabled) in the Classic UI. Additionally, there is no personalization applied to this field in the Classic UI.

Could you please advise what could be driving this difference in behavior between Redwood and Classic (e.g., role/security, field-level access, transaction status/conditions, setup dependencies), and how we can enable the checkbox in the Classic UI?
