Unable to hide Age field in Biographical info on Create Work relationship page

Unable to hide Age field in Biographical info on Create Work relationship page

As per the requirement we only need Date of Birth field in Biographical info section on Create Work relationship page but whenever we select the DOB then Age field is appearing automatically which we dont have an option to hide on VBS Page.

Please suggest how to Hide Age field
