Self-paced Learning: Completion Certificate drop down is not working

Hi Expert,

We are currently testing the Self-Paced Redwood in our Lower environment. While conducting the testing, we encountered an issue where the dropdown field/button is not working, and no options are being displayed to select.

We would like to confirm whether any roles need to be added or if a profile option needs to be enabled in order to display all available options in the Certification dropdown
