AAR Requests Remain in Queue After Approval, No Further Action Available security

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for guidance on an issue with Oracle Fusion Cloud AAR requests that appear to be stuck in the approver queue.
I currently have two AAR requests, Request ID 96012 and Request ID 93033, that remain visible in my Access Request Approvals queue. I have already taken action on both requests, approving or denying them as appropriate. Based on expected behavior, these items should have cleared from my queue once action was completed.
However, both requests are still appearing. When I click into either request, there is no action available to take, no approve or deny option, and no indication that additional input is required from me.
