Can we add self paced learning to specialization through HDL?

We were able to create a specialization through HDL and also could attach a course through HDL to the new specialization created but could not add a self paced learning item via HDL to the specialization.

Is it feasible to add a self paced learning item to an specialization via HDL.

Activity sequencing is enabled and we are in 25D version.
