Unable to see EPM Applications in OCI Console as Identity Domain Admin

Hi all

As per Oracle official Documentation as an Identity Domain Administrator I should be able to visualise the list of EPM Applications list under the OCI console. However I cannot see them listed with this message:

Can someone let me know how can we set the OCI console security so they are visible?
