Why statuf of Learning Recommendations is Active?

Hi all,

I've create a Learning Recommendations with Super User and complete it with Learner but I've noted a pin point.

Why the status of Learning Recommendation (completed with Learner) is on "Active" status and not "Completed"?

I've attached the screen for more clarify
