Perform Periodic Mass Copy fails with “You must enter a valid location ID” for old assets

We’re facing an issue in Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets while copying assets from Corporate Book → Tax Book using Mass Copy.

We ran Perform Initial Mass Copy successfully to copy assets from Corporate to Tax book. After this, the system automatically triggers Perform Periodic Mass Copy. Perform Periodic Mass Copy fails for assets with the error below.

"Asset number 1001. Transaction header ID 3. You must enter a valid location ID. The current location ID 300000002932052.

The Mass Copy process couldn't be completed on this asset and transaction."

The issue started after we disabled an old location segment value and started using a new active segment value. We updated the Location for all assets in the Corporate book to the active location value. However, even after updating, Perform Periodic Mass Copy still fails and the log continues to show the same old location ID (300000002932052).
