Not able to query Purchase Requisition that was created from Supply Planning

Summary:

Released a Planned Order from Supply Plan and it created a requisition in SCO and can be viewed from "Manage Supply Lines" in Supply Chain Orchestration.

But unable to get result in Process Requisition or Manage Orders page when querying with the Requisition. User has required Role and data access but still there is problem. Any direction for this?
