How to add new hyperlink of setup and maintanance into invoice "Task"

Hi All,

I need to grant certain users access to the Manage Distribution Sets task within Setup and Maintenance.

Instead of giving them full access to the entire Setup and Maintenance area, I’m considering using Page Composer to expose only that specific function.
