Update ARCs profiles due to COA Name and No change.

Summary:
When COA names & no. are updated in the ERP system, what is the most effective way to update the corresponding ARCs profiles to reflect these changes while ensuring the preservation of historical reconciliation & profile level mapping data is not broken? I am seeking a solution that avoids the use of a mapping tool, as this introduces significant manual maintenance effort.

Question:
Once a new profile is created or existing one is updated with new COA details, is it possible to link the historical data from the old profile/ reconciliations(s) to the new one?

Can new reconciliations be linked or referenced to the old prior reconciliations under old no/name? This linkage should still allow us to utilize features like reviewing prior reconciliations and rolling forward attachments and comments.
