Hi,

There is existing entity which has been created and already have transaction and posting in oracle.

However, organization decide to dissolve those entity.

Therefore, would like to know how to block / disallow user to key in and post any transaction, but still have to able to download / generate report such as account analysis and trial balance, and also able to review the created transaction.
