Scheduling Center Assistance

Is there anyone on here that is a heavy user of the Taleo Scheduling Center who may be willing to give me some assistance? I am a new Taleo user and what I am trying to do is have one correspondence and calendar invite sent at a certain step, then after they attend the first scheduled event have a different correspondence and calendar sent out at the next step. From reading the user manual, it looks like it is possible to have more than one calendar per requisition, by using phases, but I am not exactly sure how I
