Funded From Existing Positions LOV Not Displaying

Summary: When attempting to use the Funded From Existing Position function on the Positions Redwood page I am unable to select a position. Does anyone know how to activate the Position LOV? Is there another field in VBS I need to activate or a process that needs to be ran? Thanks!
