How to default Supplier Wise Tax Rate on RFQ line

Is there any feasibility that Supplier wise Tax Rate will be defaulted (6% or 8%) on RFQ line, when supplier responses to line, tax will be calculated and display in total amount apart from response amount filed. (Likewise Purchase Order: Amount, Tax and Total)
