why is there no EVENT_ID in FA_DEPRN_DETAIL for certain assets for depreciations?

Summary:

For certain assets, which have depreciation reserve balance and the account as shown in view accounting in Asset Inquiry screen. The Same asset, does not have EVENT_ID in FA_DEPRN_DETAIL or FA_DEPRN_SUMMARY tables. Is there a way to get such accounts, without solely relying on XE AE tables?
