Why is Working Hours and Working frequency not defaulting in Redwood Local and Global Transfer page

Hello experts,

we have observed in the Redwood Local and Global transfer page that the Working hours and working frequency are not having default values unlike in Responsive. Because of this, the FTE is not having values automatically also.

is this expected behaviour in Redwood? Or do we have any missing configurations here?
