Is it possible to turn off the localization of phones on the Contact and Emergency Contact - example if Country USA the phone is 1 + area code + number - or tweak the localization to what we would like to be - example we do not want to use the Area code.

We are loading phones via HDL and are able to use the entire number example 312/555-1212 into the number field.
