Hi everyone!!

We have implemented the new feature (25B/25C) Application Rating by AI but we see the functionality is not working as intended.

We have observed some inconsistencies with the AI-based rating system, and would appreciate clarification on its functionality.

Key Observation:

When reviewing candidate resumes, the system does not provide a rating for candidates' education, even though the resumes clearly display all the required qualifications, skills, and experience.

Interestingly, for other candidates, the system does provide a rating for education, which leads to some inconsistency in how the rating is being applied.
