Requisition Approval Rule failing if use attribute requesterSupervisorLevel1

Summary:

Our requisition approval rule is not working with simple requesterSupervisorLevel1 attribute.

We have created simple rule where if .requesterSupervisorLevel1 is not person id (Ariel person_id) then requisition approval go to approval group 1 and if it is not ariel then approval group 2.

Please check the attached document, it has simple approval rule but this not working at all.

We need your help to check the approval rule issue.

Our requirement is Imagine three person in hierarchy : Harison —> Joanathan —→ Ariel (Top Participant in approval chain, and he do not have any manager)

We want anyone who is direct reportee of Ariel like Jonathan and even Ariel raise requisition then it should go to approval for Approval group A and of anyone else raise requisition it should go to approval group B. We have created simple rule but approval is not triggered. Please check the attached document.
