How to Restrict Access to External Career Site While Allowing Only Direct Apply URLs in ORC

Our organization does not use the ORC External Career Site as a job search or candidate experience platform. Instead Candidates sourced through 3rd party application are redirected to the ORC Application Form, which is hosted on the External Career Site.
Because of this dependency, we cannot deactivate the ORC career site entirely.
