help needed to build a vbcs home page like fusion in Redwood page template

Summary:

Hi Experts

I have a requirement to build a home page similar like Fusion home page as shown below i.e. having tabs at the top and having arrow if tabs are more to show more tabs and on click of each tab it must show the tile having an icon and name under it. (using redwood page template in VBCS web app)

Can someone please share a boilerplate code for the same. Thank You
