RBAC Visibility Restriction on Job Requisition Page

Hi team,

We have a requirement to control visibility on the Job Requisition page based on requisition status. When the status is “Draft – In Progress,” the corresponding row should be concealed from specific users. This functionality needs to be enforced through role-based access control (RBAC).

We would appreciate your assistance in implementing this requirement.
