Values are missing for one or more required segments in payroll create accounting

Summary:

Payroll was successfully processed, however Create Accounting fails due to missing required segments for specific payroll costing accounts, blocking posting to GL and delaying financial close. As requested, the related costing rule was removed, a rollback was performed, and the payroll was reprocessed and transferred again. Despite this, the same Create Accounting error persists.
