Read the online version email link issue

Hello

Our team (POD 7) have been intermittently encountering a generic retrieval error when clicking "Read the online version" links in emails.
Error Message: "A problem occurred when we tried to retrieve your information. Please make sure the entire link has been used in your browser, including the unique tags." The issue appears most frequently in Microsoft Edge. In most cases, it resolves itself after a few minutes.

Is there any system issue that could be causing this?
